BENEFITS
Air Force Association
In commemoration of their 75th Anniversary
They are launching a new membership outreach campaign called the,
AFA's Oral History Project
Members are being requested to tell their AF stories so that the association can develop them into AFA membership stories and publish them into a formal legacy hardbound book as well as a digital recording. So if you are a former AF Veteran you may wish to enroll in the AFA if your are not currently a member. The stories they are collecting from their members is to help preserve our Air Force and Space Force memories for future generations. This is very similar to the project our Legion Post has been doing with the Greenville High School in order to record veteran stories.
Their web site for this project was: https://www.afa.org/membership/OHP but they have closed this link. However, you can still go to the AFA website or call their number below for more information about the Oral History Project.
